Midwest Horse Fair-Individual Participant Applications DUE Thursday, January 15th

The Midwest Horse Fairs returns April 17-19, 2015, at the Alliant Energy Center, "Galloping Into the Future."  The PRCA Rodeo is the featured Coliseum program on Friday night.  On Saturday night, the Coliseum hosts the EPIC NIGHT OF THE HORSE.  Tickets for Friday and Saturday evening's events go on sale through Ticketmaster on January 11, 2015.

Lauraine Smith is again serving as the coordinator for the club and has submitted our initial application.  The club is looking for 8 talented Morgans to represent the breed and be stabled within the club's designated MORGAN barn area, where we hope to repeat last year's success and defend our Best Barn Display Award.  Members who participated last year have received an individual application form and information packet by mail.  You can also download the individual participation application form and the required waiver of liability form here.  Morgans stabled in Stallion Avenue are invited and encouraged to apply for participation in our group demo.

The deadline for submission of your individual application and required additional materials is January 15, 2015. Please submit to Lauraine Smith, 12618 W. Dorner Road, Brodhead, WI 53520, laurainejsmith45@gmail.com.

Participants must have a negative Coggins dated after April 16, 2014.  In addition, any horse entering from another state needs a veterinarian's health certificate dated no more than 30 days before April 17, 2015.

Also included is a diagram of the new stall panels  here.  The equine barns are brand new for 2015. The club will modify our stall covers to fit the lower half of the front of the stalls. However, participants should carefully study the drawings to consider if and how they wish to cover the bars between the stalls with their own materials.
